Returns Policy

If any item is received in a damaged condition we must be notified by phone (or email) within 48 hours.

If you find that your purchase is unsuitable or you're not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 working days by telephone (or email) of your intention to return the product(s).

Please ensure that you return the products to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging, to enable us to accept them for a refund.

When returning goods, please include your name, address and your receipt (if you prefer to keep your receipt then please send us a copy). Also include the reason for the return, and the item and article number you would like it to be replaced with (if applicable).

We suggest for your own protection you use Recorded delivery or a Courier when returning items and insure the items as we can only issue refunds when they are received at our Returns Dept. We cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that due to hygiene considerations Earrings and Cosmetics are excluded from our refund or exchange policy, and therefore cannot be refunded or replaced. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Goods may be returned in person to our shops for exchange or refund.
